A complete report, a detailed runsheet, and every recorded instrument supporting the research, including relevant county-clerk and court records. The public fictional samples include the report and workbook, with every page and worksheet available to inspect; they do not include document scans.
Who verifies the ownership reports?
An Archive title researcher verifies each surface ownership, mineral ownership, and revenue-interest report before it is delivered. Research and verification are Archive’s responsibility. Your package arrives with the findings presented first and the supporting record included.
Does an abstract go through the same verification?
No. An abstract is a compilation of recorded instruments and their chronological index. It is prepared for title examination, often by a law firm developing a title opinion. It does not follow the ownership-report verification workflow.
